Yotuel Garcia of Mesa Community College in Arizona placed second in the men's 4-mile race in 20:09.29 at the Manny Bautista Invitational at NTC Park at Liberty Station in San Diego, Calif. Garcia, the top finisher from Arizona, helped Mesa, ranked No. 3 nationally in NJCAA Division 2, edge Mt. SAC on a head-to-head tiebreaker for third place after both teams achieved 95 points.
